Information used for your purchase
We store the email you provide, order reference, product, amount, payment status, PayFast transaction reference, access expiry and download count to process your purchase, provide downloads and resolve order enquiries. Each delivered PDF carries a masked version of the buyer email and shortened order reference. PayFast receives your email and order details to process payment. Card and bank information is entered on PayFast, not stored by this website.
Cookies and security
An essential browser cookie protects access to your purchased file for 30 days from confirmed payment. It is not an advertising cookie. Recovery links are single-use, expire after 15 minutes and replace the previous browser token. We use short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit automated checkout abuse. Hostinger may process technical connection and security logs and hosts the store, order records and private file.
No marketing signup
Buying this ebook does not subscribe you to promotional emails. Recovery email is transactional and requested by the buyer. This store does not include advertising trackers or a marketing mailing list.
Retention and your rights
Order information is retained as needed for delivery, support, accounting and legal obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must lawfully retain.
